All frames purchased at with listed below lenses are subject to One-year Unconditional Warranty. The guarantee allows each customer to replace worn glasses for new, regardless of the cause of their destruction or damage, within one year from date of purchase.

How to claim One-year Unconditional Warranty?

  1. Please visit our store or print and fill out the One-year Unconditional Warranty form.
  2. Pack the items together with completed form and proof of purchase.
  3. Send returned items to:

Very important!


  1. Do not forget to include proof of purchase in form of VAT invoice or receipt that was included in your order.
  2. Shipping costs are covered by the Customer.
  3. Unconditional year guarantee covers all the destruction and damage of glasses, regardless of the type and degree of damage or damage, such as cracks, fractures, cracks, discoloration, etc. This does not apply however in the case of glasses loss as a result of loss or theft.
  4. BGR does not allow the exchange of lenses with Crizal coating on the lens with a different power.
  5. Within 14 days of delivery date our  Customer Service will contact you to confirm receipt of documents and availability of products.
  6. will replace your old product with new identical one. In case frame model  is no longer available in our boutique customer can choose another model. In the latter, please check the availability of frames at and in the form enter the model that you would like to receive. Our Customer Service will contact you to confirm the payment adjustments and the availability of goods. If the product you have selected is more expensive than the product that you want to receive we will ask you to transfer the difference. If your chosen product is cheaper than purchased one we will refund the difference within 14 days from the receipt date. The amount will be refund to the bank account which number you entered in the form.
  7. BGR term is 12 months from the date of purchase of glasses, indicated in your warranty card.
