When I will get a discount?

Immediately after exceeding a certain threshold. The amount of the discount depends on the value of orders paid in our stores. The discount will be activated automatically when the sum of booked payments for all orders completed by you reaches a certain threshold. So you have a chance to get an attractive discount on your next purchases, provided that you make purchases for a certain amount.  How is my discount calculated? The discount refers to the total value/amount of all your completed and paid orders and is calculated from the moment of first purchase. The discount is calculated automatically on the Customer's account in case of online purchases - after sending the product to the Participant and paying the amount due, in case of purchases in a stationary shop - after the goods have been delivered and paid by the Participant.The system calculates discounts after completion and payment (cash on delivery option) of the order. As soon as the status of your order changes to "completed";, we will charge your discount. How do I check the current discount? You have access to data about the amount of the discount through your account on Optique. pl, Optique-Exclusive. pl, or o-shop. com. Do discounts combine with each other? As part of our marketing activities, we offer products at promotional prices (e. g. 5% discount on all products) or in attractively priced sets. In such situations, loyalty program discounts do not add up with promotional discounts and there are no discounts on kit prices. However, our system always compares which discount is more advantageous for the customer and sets such a discount for him! Example: Optique has introduced a promotion with a 5% discount on a given product. However, the customer has a 15% discount in the loyalty program - the system charges him a 15% discount (because it is higher than the promotional discount). I would like to use the discount on shopping, how can I do it? The discount you have is calculated automatically from the very first moment you log into the shop - so you can see your new, lower prices right away! If you buy in our Optique stores in Warsaw - Pl. Nowy Świat 1 Warszawa - personally by the Seller, just enter your login.All data on current discounts are converted once every 24 hours (or longer). How can I get a Permanent Customer Card? The Program Participant will receive a membership card upon request. The card can be obtained in the stationary optical salons Optique and Optique Exclusive. The card can also be attached to your online purchases - when placing an order, please mark the dedicated checkbox at the stage: "Notes to the order";. What is a 5% discount* on starting with an Optique Club Card, how and when can I use it? If you have an Optique Club Card and have not yet reached the first discount threshold within the Optique Club program, you can receive a 5% discount on all products at regular prices available in salons and online.For this purpose, if you place an order online, enter your Optique Club Card number in the field dedicated to discount codes. If the customer makes a purchase in our showrooms - the discount is charged personally by the seller, you only need to show your card before making a purchase. This discount is not combined with other promotions.                  REGULATIONS OF the "OPTIQUE CLUB"; LOYALITY PROGRAMME CHAPTER I - DEFINITIONS Terms used in these Regulations shall mean: Rules of Proceduremeans these regulations, which define the rules of the Loyalty Program under the name "OPTIQUE CLUB";, in particular the rights and obligations of the Participant in connection with its participation in the Program and the rights and obligations of the Organizer, the Program - means the loyalty program (bonus sales), in force on the territory of the Republic of Poland as the Loyalty Program "OPTIQUE CLUB", the Organizer - the Organizer. Glaser Group Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw 00-499, Plac Trzech Krzyży 18, District Court for the capital city of Warsaw , XII Economic Department Initial capital: 1010000 PLN KRS 0000475410, Regon 146854128, NIP 7010393453 Program Participant - means a natural person over 18 years of age and having full legal capacity, who has properly registered in the Program and has access to the Participant's account on the Program Participant's Website. Participants of the Program cannot be employees of the Organizer, as well as members of their families and loved ones. Program website - means the websites of shops located at the following addresses: www. Optique. pl, www. Optique-Exclusive. pl, once www. O-Shop. com (hereinafter referred to as the "Store(s)", to which the Participant will receive access through the Participant's account, on the basis of an individual identifier and password created during the application for participation in the Program, containing information about orders, the current discount amount and the Registration Form and Terms and Conditions. Stationary shop - means stationary shops: OPTIQUE Pl. Trzech Krzyży 18, 00 - 496 Warsaw, OPTIQUE Galeria Mokotów Wołoska 12, 02 - 675 Warsaw, OPTIQUE Arkadia Al. Jana Pawła II 82, 00 - 175 Warsaw, OPTIQUE EXCLUSIVE, ul. Nowy Świat 1, 00 - 496 Warsaw, Registration Form - application form for participation in the Program, contained on the Program Participant's Website, containing a declaration of participation in the Program. Optique Club Card - a personalised loyalty card issued to the Program Participant by the Organizer in accordance with the Regulations, identified by the number and signature of the Participant placed on the card.

CHAPTER II – GENERAL PROVISIONS

  The aim of the Program is to grant Participants, who have correctly registered for participation in the Program, benefits in the form of discounts and additional benefits, detailed in these Regulations. The Program is addressed to Participants who purchase goods in stationary shops and online shops at: www. Optique. pl, www. Optique-Exclusive. pl, and www. O-Shop. com, in the territory of the Republic of Poland. Submission to the Program means acceptance of its Terms and Conditions. The Rules and Regulations are effective from the moment of their announcement on the Program's Website. The content of the Regulations is made available to all Participants in stationary shops and on the websites of Internet shops: www.Optique.pl, www.Optique-Exclusive.pl,  oraz www.O-Shop.com  The current version of the Terms and Conditions published on the Program Website is binding. The Rules and Regulations are effective from the moment of their publication on the Program's Website, subject to chapter VIII of the Rules and Regulations. The Regulations apply only to Participants who have an active login and password for access to the Program Web Site. Participation in the Program is free of charge and voluntary. Participant can join the Program only once. Violation of the Regulations by the Participant constitutes a basis for exclusion from the Program, about which the Organizer will notify the Participant to the e-mail address indicated in the Registration Form. With the exception of changes in the Regulations, the Organizer has the right to make changes in the materials published on the Program's Website, without prior notification to the Participant. Each Participant, in the event of a change in the data indicated in the Registration Form, is obliged to update these data during the entire participation in the Program, in accordance with the current state of affairs.

CHAPTER III - DURATION OF THE PROGRAM, SUSPENSION AND FINISHING OF THE PROGRAM

  The starting date of the Program is the moment when the Rules and Regulations are published on the Program's Website. Participant can join the Program at any time. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations and to suspend and terminate the Program at any time without giving a reason, using only the terms and conditions of information and notifications of the Participants, in the manner specified in these Regulations. In the case of suspension or termination of the Program, information about this will be communicated to Participants at least 30 (thirty) days before the date of suspension or termination of the Program, through an appropriate announcement on the Program Website and notification to the Participant of this fact to the email address indicated in the Registration Form.In the event of termination or suspension of the Program, the rebate obtained and the services granted to the Participant may finally be used within 30 (thirty) days from the date of termination or suspension of the Program. After the expiry of the period referred to in the previous sentence, the Participant shall not be entitled to a discount or additional services.

CHAPTER IV - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM

  The condition for joining the Program on the terms and conditions of the Participant is the correct creation of an account of the Participant ("Register";) in at least one online store. For this purpose, the Participant is obliged to send to the Organizer a complete and truthful Registration Form. A person who does not have a Member's account or has provided, during the registration process, incomplete or untrue data cannot become a Member of the Program. Joining the Program means that the Participant has read and agrees to the provisions of the Regulations. The beginning of participation in the Program is the date of notifying the Participant of the correct verification of the Registration Form. The Organiser reserves the right to negative verification of the Registration Form within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of its sending, of which it will inform the applicant of the Registration Form to the email address provided in the Registration Form. Placing an order after opening a Member's account is tantamount to joining the Program as a Member. The Login and password for access to the Program Web Site unambiguously identify the Participant in the Program, establish them independently when completing the Registration Form.The Participant is obliged to use an identifier and/or password to access the Program Web Site only for his/her own access and not to disclose them to third parties. The Participant is liable for damage caused by a third party as a result of revealing the Member's ID and/or password for access to the Member's account on the Program Website.

CHAPTER V – THE RULES OF THE PROGRAMME, GRANTING OF DISCOUNTS AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES

 

Participation in the Program entitles the Participant to make purchases in stationary shops and online shops with fixed discounts and to use additional services granted to the Participant by the Organizer according to the rules specified in the Regulations. The amount of the fixed discount granted to the Participant is determined by discount thresholds, depending on the amount of purchases made. The discount is calculated from the second purchase. Purchase"; means: in the case of purchases in one of the online shops - after sending the goods to the Participant and crediting the Organizer's bank account with the payment of the entire price for the goods, with the simultaneous absence of withdrawal from the contract by the Participant; in the case of purchases in a stationary shop - after the delivery of the goods and payment of the entire price for the goods, without withdrawal from the contract by the Participant; "Discount thresholds"; are respectively: purchase for the amount (from 0. 00 to 1. 000,00) PLN net - no discount; making a purchase for the amount (from 1. 000,01 to 5. 000,00) PLN net - 10% discount; making a purchase for the amount above 5. 000,01 PLN net - 15% discount; the Participant will be granted a permanent discount in the amount specified above, only after exceeding the specified Discount Threshold. The discount will be activated automatically when the sum of all booked payments for all purchases made by the Participant reaches a certain discount threshold. The Permanent Discount refers to the total amount of all purchases made from the moment the Member joins the Program. Information about Purchases made and thus the amount of the Permanent Discount is updated by the Organizer every 24 hours. Each Purchase made by a Participant during the term of the Program will be equivalent to an appropriate amount being credited to the Participant's account in order to qualify the Participant for the specified discount threshold and to grant the Participant one of the four Additional Services Packages. Depending on the discount threshold reached, the Participant will be qualified by the Organizer to one of the four categories of Participants (SILVER, GOLD). For each category of Participant, the corresponding Additional Services Package is assigned. Packages of additional services include: in case of 10% discount - free Service Package including: adjustment of frames, proper setting of frame angle, checking, adjustment and securing of screw connections and hinges, protection of lenses and cleaning of glasses with ultrasound; - free Preventive Programme including: free prophylactic eye examination once a year (PAKIET SILVER); in case of 10% discount - free Service+ Package including: services in the Service Package and additionally free service of replacement of worn parts, i. e. : - free of charge service of the Service Package. noses, tips, temples, screws - free of charge Preventive+ Programme including: services in the Preventive Programme and additionally free examination, selection and fitting of contact lenses (PACKAGE GOLD); in case of a discount: 15%, with simultaneous purchases of more than 10. 000 PLN net - free of charge Service Pack+, free of charge Preventive Programme+ and additionally free of charge service replacement of lenses with or without polarization, replacement of noses, temple tips and additional Optique VIP Shopping Services Pack including: fitting on up to 20 pairs of glasses specially selected for the Client, consultation with the Eye Stylist, selection of corrective glasses and contact lenses based on the prescription, adjustment and adjustment of glasses to the Client's needs, in the location indicated by the Client in the area of the city. The Participant is provided with access to information about the purchases made, discount thresholds obtained and the Package granted, through the Participant's account on the websites of Internet shops. In case of discrepancies between the purchases made by the Participant and the amount accumulated on the Participant's account, the Participant is obliged to make a complaint. Participant uses the permanent discount granted to him/her in the following way: when ordering goods in the online store - after logging in, the prices of goods visible to the User include a fixed discount of the Participant and are displayed to the Participant after taking into account the discount; when making purchases in the stationary store - Participant is obliged to provide the Seller with his/her login, the Seller after verifying the Participant's right to a fixed discount, will charge the Participant a fixed discount to the retail price of goods.; If the Participant returns the purchased goods, the value of the Purchases in the Participant's account will be reduced, as if the Participant did not make a Purchase. A fixed discount obtained under the Program is not combined with other promotions, discounts and/or programmes of the Organizer. In case of a coincidence of the Permanent Discount obtained by the Participant and another promotion of the Organizer for a specific product, the mechanisms of online shops automatically compare the prices of the product and choose a more favourable price for the Participant. Participant can use the right to a permanent discount and additional services within the Packages, for the entire duration of the Program. In the event of termination of the Program, the Participant is entitled to a fixed discount and additional services for a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of termination of the Program, after that date the fixed discount and additional services packages will be cancelled and the Participant will not have the right to use them. Information concerning the termination of the Program will be provided by the Organizer to the Participant by posting it on the Program website 30 (thirty) days before the Program termination date. The Participant's entitlement to a fixed discount and the Package of additional services is non-transferable. Discounts received by different Participants cannot be combined. Unused discounts and additional services are not exchangeable for any equivalent.

CHAPTER VI – OPTIQUE CLUB CARD

 The Optique Club Card is issued by the Organizer free of charge at the request of the Participant. Each Card has a number assigned to a particular Program Participant. The Optique Club Card is delivered to the Participant: to the Participant's own hands - in case of Participants purchasing a product or service in one of the stationary shops of the Organizer; together with the order - in case of Participants shopping online in one of the online shops of the Organizer, listed in Chapter II, point A of the Appendix. 2 of the Rules of Procedure. The Optique Club Card may be used by the Participant or a person authorized by the Participant, and it is presumed that the person presenting the Optique Club Card is a Member of the Program or has been authorized by the Participant to use the Card. By making the Optique Club Card available to another person, the Participant undertakes to inform them about the terms and conditions of the Program and these Terms and Conditions. The presentation of the Optique Club Card enables the Participant to take advantage of discounts from the Organizer's partners. The current list of the Organizer's partners honoring the Optique Club Card can be found on the Program's website. You do not need an Optique Club Card in order to enjoy the other benefits of the Program as set out in these Terms and Conditions. The Optique Club Card is valid until revoked, for the entire duration of the Optique Club Loyalty Program. The Optique Club Card issued to the Participant is non-transferable and remains the property of the Organizer. The Optique Club Card is not a credit, ATM or payment card. If the Organizer has doubts as to the correct use of the Optique Club Card by the Participant, it may be stopped. In case of damage, loss or theft of the Optique Club Card, it is necessary to notify the Organizer. The rules of issuing a new Optique Club Card are analogous to those of joining the Program, in accordance with the Regulations in force on the date on which the Member intends to obtain a new Optique Club Card.

 

CHAPTER VI – RESIGNATION FROM THE PROGRAMME

  Participant may resign from participation in the Program at any time, without any obligations towards the Organizer, which should be notified to the Organizer in the form of a written statement, which should be delivered to the Organizer's address indicated in the Regulations. Upon delivery of the resignation statement, discounts and additional services obtained by the Participant will be cancelled and its account will be closed. CHAPTER VII - PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING OF THE PERSONAL PARTICIPANT The Administrator of Participants'; personal data is the Organiser. The Organiser guarantees that it will comply with applicable laws regarding the collection, processing and use of personal data. By completing the Registration Form, Participants give the Organizer their explicit consent to the processing of personal data provided and to entrusting the processing of such data, in connection with the running of the Program, in order to calculate the discount, for analytical, statistical and marketing purposes. Data of Participants will be treated as confidential information, will be at the exclusive disposal of the Organizer and/or entities to which the Organizer has entrusted their processing on the basis of an agreement concluded.Each Participant has an unlimited right of access to their own personal data, can demand their correction and/or deletion. Data other than personal data of the Participant, in the form of information provided by cookies are normally collected and stored in so-called server log files. This data does not constitute any direct indication of the Member's identity and is used solely for anonymous analysis of traffic on the Program Website and other statistical purposes. The Organiser undertakes to protect the Participant's personal data to the extent required by law.   CHAPTER VIII - AMENDMENTS OF THE REGULATIONS The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Rules and Regulations and to suspend and terminate the Program at any time and without giving reasons, using only the terms and conditions of information and notifications of the Participants in the manner specified in these Rules and Regulations. In the event of a change to the Regulations, the new Regulations will be made available to Participants via the Program Website at least 7 (seven) days prior to its entry into force, by announcing the Regulations on the Program Website and by notifying the Participants thereof to the e-mail address indicated in the Registration Form. Due to changes in the Regulations, the Participant is entitled to resign from participation in the Program.In such a case, the Participant is obliged to submit a written statement of resignation to the Organiser's address, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the Organiser's notification of any changes to the Regulations. In case of resignation, the Participant is obliged to use the discount and additional services, on the same terms and within the same time as at the end of the Program. In the event that the Participant does not resign from participation in the Program within the time limit specified above, it is assumed that the Participant has accepted all the changes to the Terms and Conditions.

CHAPTER IX – PRINCIPLES OF COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

  Any complaints under the organized Program may be submitted in writing to the Organizer's address throughout the duration of the Program, but no later than within 30 days, counting from the date of handing over the permanent discount. Complaints submitted after the deadline will not be considered. A written complaint should contain full registration data and the exact address of the Participant as well as the description and reason for the complaint and should be sent as an e-mail to info@optique. pl or by registered mail to the Organiser's address before the deadline referred to in the above sentence.The Organiser shall consider the complaint within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the complaint and, depending on the form of the complaint, shall inform the complainant in writing or by e-mail about the position. The date of filing and response to a complaint shall be deemed to be the date specified by the postmark or the date of receipt of the e-mail.

CHAPTER IX - THE FINAL PROVISIONS 

  Participant is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Regulations. If the Organizer finds out that the Participant does not comply with the provisions of the Regulations, the Organizer has the right to exclude the Participant from the Program, about which it will notify the Participant to the e-mail address indicated in the Registration Form. In the situation specified in point 2 above, the Organiser shall also have the right to claim reimbursement of the costs incurred and claims for damages in connection with the damage suffered by the Organiser through actions or omissions of the Participant contrary to the Regulations. The Participant is obliged to inform the Organiser about any changes in any data covered by the Registration Form.All notifications and correspondence between the Organiser and Participants, subject to the situations indicated in the Regulations, shall be conducted in electronic form, and for the Participant the electronic correspondence address shall be the e-mail address given in the Registration Form, and for the Organiser it shall be the e-mail address info@optique. pl. The Organizer is not responsible for the consequences of providing false and/or incomplete and/or outdated data by the Participant. The Participant, after exhaustion of the complaint procedure specified in the Regulations, has the right to pursue claims in court before a common court with territorial jurisdiction.
