What does exactly the size of Ray-Ban® glasses mean?

The value of a size which is shown for each product is the width of the lens, measured in millimeters.

 

Can I return or exchange glasses if they do not fit me?

Of course. Each Customer of Optique.pl is entitled to return prescription frames (purchased without lenses) or sunglasses within 14 days of receiving the shipment, without giving any reason.  Also each  prescription frames (purchased without lenses) or sunglasses offered at Optique.pl may also be replaced within 14 days of receiving the the shipment. 

 

Is there any warranty for Ray-Ban® glasses and if so under what conditions?

All products purchased at Optique.pl are covered by 2 year manufacturer’s warranty here >>. The warranty covers only damages resulting from product hidden defects. Damages in connection with the improper use of goods are not covered by the warranty.

 

Do you have a stationary store where I could try on and buy Ray-Ban® glasses?

If I like the model of Ray-Ban® glasses which is not available at Optique-shop.co.uk can you order it for me?

If the model is available in the current Ray-Ban® collection we can order it for you, otherwise it will not be possible.

Polarization, what it is?

Polarization is responsible for the reduction of blinding glare from flat surfaces such as concrete or water glass.

 

Why there is only “Ray-Ban®” inscription on some glasses and “Ray-Ban® P” on others?

The letter "P" with "Ray-Ban®" inscription informs us that glasses have polarization.

 

Is it possible to install progressives lenses in Ray-Ban® frames?

This is conditioned by the size of a frame. You can receive more detailed information calling +48 888-800-000.

 

Is there any lenses suitable for children?
